Does it support GST bills?
The app supports GST and non-GST billing fields; the merchant remains responsible for correct tax setup and compliance.
What is Table QR Ordering?
Table QR Ordering is the customer-facing discovery, ordering, Scan & Shop and booking experience connected to Free Restaurant Billing.
Does core billing work offline?
Core billing is local-first. Google sign-in and connected customer workflows require internet.
Where is my data stored?
Core records are stored in the merchant browser or device. Connected workflows use cloud data required for that feature.
What happens if browser data is cleared?
Locally stored records can be lost, so export and archive important data before clearing storage or changing devices.
Can I use a thermal printer?
Yes, compatible browser, device and printer combinations can print bills.
Do customers need an app?
Supported Table QR Ordering journeys open in a web browser.
Can I accept UPI?
The app can display UPI QR information; the merchant must independently verify payment.
Does it include inventory?
Yes, catalogue and inventory tools are available for suitable business workflows.
Does it include booking?
Restaurant and salon booking workflows are supported through the connected customer experience.
Can restaurants use KDS?
Yes, KDS is an optional module and does not block normal billing.
Is there a live demo?
Yes, the public demo can be used without modifying a production business account.
