1. Confirm your business and tax details
Enter your outlet name and contact information. Confirm the GST details and tax treatment that genuinely apply to your business. If you are unsure, get qualified tax advice before issuing compliant invoices.
2. Create an accurate food menu
Enter categories such as starters, main course, beverages and desserts. Add dishes as normal, editable items and configure a real selling rate. Keep dishes unavailable for checkout until their price and relevant tax treatment are reviewed.
If you use sample items, verify that each is editable and that selling rates and tax settings are correct before checkout.
3. Make a test counter bill
Add a couple of items, check quantities, available discounts, payment type and totals. Preview the invoice and verify the result before starting live sales.
4. Add table or direct ordering only if needed
For dine-in service, configure tables and test a Table QR. If your staff take orders, test Captain Ordering using a permitted account and PIN. For takeaway or delivery, test a supported Table QR Ordering Direct Order.
Connected customer journeys depend on internet access and merchant configuration.
5. Test the kitchen and close the bill
Check any accepted orders in Command Center and configured KDS stations. Confirm table association, order amounts and final customer bill. Keep an export of your business data.
